Doug Jones is a retired business systems analyst with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a lifelong focus on improving how organizations operate. Throughout his career, he specialized in identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions—skills he now brings to public service.
Before retiring, Doug worked as an analyst in the City of Boise’s IT Department, where he helped streamline government systems to operate more efficiently and effectively for taxpayers.
In El Paso County, Doug is the co-founder of the Green Dragon Tavern, a grassroots organization supporting liberty-minded causes. He is also currently serving as Libertarian Party of Colorado Vice Chair, and El Paso County Campaigns Director and Fundraising Director.
